IMPORTANT: in this page you may find some of the animations I developed in spare time. This is a collection of html5 and executable files, which do not work properly on smartphones. Indeed, html5 is still an experimental technology, which runs very slowly on modern telephones. I warmly recommend to view this section with a desktop device.
Fun

Giant Cluster Formation

Evolution of the giant cluster in an Erdös-Rényi network. Its size rapidly grows after the number of
edges per vertex equals 1. This is an example of topological phase transition.
Click here to play the html5 animation. For a much faster simulation of
the network, please download the executable file (for Windows only).
Please download the executable file (for Windows only), or watch the video.
3D Brain

This software shows a 3D model of the brain, where areas are anatomically organized according to
the Triune Brain theory of Paul D. MacLean. The 3D models are from BodyParts3D/Anatomography,
website maintained by Life Science Databases (LSDB). BodyParts3D, © The Database Center for
Life Science licensed under CC Attribution-Share Alike 2.1 Japan.
Solar System

A simple simulation of our solar system. You may select a planet in the menu to see some
astrophysical data such as orbital period, atmosphere composition, etc.
Click here to play the html5 animation.
Basic Physics Simulation

This code shows a basic physics simulation. You may change physical parameters such as linear
damping, friction etc, and see how objects respond to the new settings.

More projects upcoming!
Fluid Simulation

A simulation of the interaction between fluids and solids, based on Google's library LiquidFun.
Please download the executable file (for Windows only), or watch the video.
